Heera Star Aniseed 50g

Star anise is similar to aniseed, but with a sweeter flavour that works very well in spicy dishes. It has a spicy flavour and a little burning. Excellent spice to dishes of poultry, fish and soups. Perfectly diversifies flavour sauces and meat. It is used in Indian and Chinese cooking, as well as mulled wine.
