Maekrua Formula No 1 Soya Sauce is a natural ferment made from selected soybean, salt, and sugar using modern hygienic processes. With a composition of 63% soybean, 20% wheat flour, and 13% brine, this soy sauce enhances the flavour of various dishes. Its simple addition of a few drops instantly elevates the taste of your favourite meals. The sauce also contains 3.9% sugar and 0.1% sodium benzoate (E211) as a preservative.
